I have seen first-hand the value that art-integrated projects add to the depth of learning because I've done some fantastic work with students on them, as well as written a Master's level thesis about the value of incorporating arts-integration into lessons and student projects. In the past, we've created stop-motion videos to tell our stories, reinforcing story concepts and writing skills. We've also used QR codes to write and find detective clues during math and reading units. English-language learners use target apps on iPads to learn vocabulary. I'm always looking for new ways to incorporate technology into our learning because it engages students which makes the learning last.
