I love teaching in small groups, research has shown that it is very effective. My students rotate, with their groups, to different work stations so I can focus on one group at a time. I'm trying to get enough classroom Chromebooks so they can be used as one of the work stations. I currently have 6 and would love two more as my groups consist of 8 students. The Chromebooks are used for a variety of things. My English Language Learners can use them to have books read to them in English as they follow along. My gifted students can use them for higher learning projects. We also use the Chromebooks for research. I also have students who do not have access to the internet at home so this takes their learning experience to the next level.
