The flexible seating will provide a safe and comfortable learning environment for all students. The seating will be open to everybody in the classroom, not just the students with particular disabilities. This will bring unity and acceptance for all students in the classroom. The students will be able to use new flexible seating during classroom instruction and small group interventions. This will provide an outlet to students who have difficulty sitting in the standard student chair. It will provide opportunities for the students to move and continue being fully engaged in the lesson. Many students are expected to sit in a seat for an extended amount of time and many are physically unable to do so. This style seating allows them to do so.
