Students now a days are surrounded by technology and use it in their everyday lives. The classroom should be no different. These iPads will promote differentiated learning as well as social skills within the classroom. These iPads, combined with educational applications, will be used daily by the kindergarten team to deepen their knowledge of math and literacy as well as arts, social studies and science. The technology will be shared by not only my students, but the whole kindergarten team to help them not only learn letters, letter sounds, word formation, numbers, number formation, and early math concepts but also allow them to redefine the arts through technology. Technology is vital for our children to help them stay actively engaged in tasks independently while learning the necessary skills to become great learners.
