The students will be able to learn how to perform different lifts and become healthy with the barbell. They will be able to learn about the different functions of the body and how they relate to the weight lifting program. As you see in the picture, our students are very limited to equipment because of the flood and we want to help grow our muscles. I think with these items our student will be able to use the barbell and conditioning rope to maximize their lifting time in the weight room and help invite more students to take the class. I hope that we will be able to share the results with you by using the new equipment.
