The resources I'm asking for will enhance the independent times during our school day when students are completing math and literacy activities. I'm desperately trying to encourage flexible seating in the classroom to promote a comfortable atmosphere for both the students and myself. By providing a variety of seating, students can move around, rather than be trapped at their desk all day. Other materials such as the math grid and interactive pen sets could supplement our math activities to provide a more hands-on experience. The headphones will be used in multiple subjects, since this tool would allow students to work on electronic tasks without bothering other students. Overall, we know that students learn in a variety of ways, so this would be a great start.
