This year we have six fourth grade classes, and with over 150 students our playground shrinks! The outdoor play equipment will expand our playground and make great use of a wide open field. Our students will use the equipment everyday during our outdoor P.E. With these outdoor games and equipment, students will have more choices, improve their sportsmanship and create positive social relationships. Not only will having play equipment increase our students' social life, but research shows that active play increases students' academics. It is exciting to think about our students playing lawn darts, bowling, flying kites or jumping rope.

About my class
