My students have done yoga using Cosmickids Yoga. They have LOVED it! I would love for us to be able to have yoga mats to use in our PE classes, so students can gain a better appreciation for this wonderful activity! I have found that students are less and less familiar with ways to 'settle' their brains, and yoga helps us do that. Not only do students enjoy it, teachers appreciate it when students come back to class calm! I enjoy doing yoga, and I appreciate the opportunity to share this with my students. I love being able to do different activities with them!
