Technology is an important aspect for all learners, especially learners with special needs. Many students who are non-verbal will use communicate thoroughly and effectively with the use of an I PAD An iPad will allow my students an opportunity to interact with teachers and peers during lessons, 1:1 and coordinated play. A new iPad will also help my student access current assessments that are run during the school year. Having difficulty with manipulating a mouse, students will thrive with the use of a touch screen I PAD The iPad will be able to enhance our school day by allowing students to read on the child-friendly websites our school has provided as well as interact with movement activities. The iPad will allow my students communicate in different ways.
