Welcome to Mrs. Watkins first grade class. I currently have 21 fun, energetic and ready to learn students. The majority of our students receive free or reduced lunches. We currently have no technological devices available to our classroom. The time we are alloted in the computer lab is limited. We are hoping to be able to purchase Chromebooks for our classroom that we can use on a daily basis. With these devices, our students would have access to learning materials throughout all the subjects of their current curriculum. They will use these Chromebooks at the own level at their own pace, to work with partners or to tackle group projects. Help jumpstart my students love of learning outside the workbook and into the wonderful world of technology.
