These will be used in group and one-one with students. As the social worker, these tools are invaluable and the kids love having a lot of options to process their feelings and ideas. They enjoy have tangible options to explore their feelings and work on resiliency. We have many upcoming groups we will uses these items with as well as targeted classroom interventions to lower behavior issues and build social and emotional skills. Covid has really challenged the school system and our children in the public schools are feeling the strain. As school staff, we've found solid social and emotional supports to be invaluable. It is such a great opportunity to be able to use these federal funds in a way that so directly impacts students positively and we and the kids appreciate it so much.
