As the learning needs of students change, our classroom needs to change to meet these needs. We are hoping to create a learning environment that is comfortable for all students. The items we have chosen in this project will hopefully allow students to be comfortable, and yet still able to concentrate and focus, in our classroom. Sometimes a change of seating is enough to help students refocus on their work. The idea is to give students some options in the classroom. They can choose the type of seating that will be best for their learning. This doesn't look the same for all students, so the seating should not all look the same. We are hoping to get some exercise balls, wobble cushions, and wobble chairs to add to the mix. We are also hoping to get some portable desks for students to use around the room. We are excited to have some different options available!
