The students at the Hmong American Peace Academy (HAPA) are the dream team of students for teachers. They are highly respectful to everyone, peers and teachers, and a quick to praise others rather than to use negative comments. They are diligent workers and though HAPA has a very rigorous academic program the students take their academics very seriously, and strive earnestly to do the best that they can. The physical education classroom is a bit dated, but serves it's purpose for the students. The gym is a little bit bigger than a basketball court, so students have enough room to play various sports. The classroom also has line markings to play badminton, a full court basketball, and lines to play 4 games of basketball.
