Two of the most important aspects in music performance are proper posture and playing position. So many problems a student musician encounters can be solved by proper seating during rehearsal. Having chairs that are designed to encourage proper posture for musicians will make a huge impact on the comfort and productivity of our students. Currently our music students are sitting in chairs that are designed for adult conference room seating, many of which are broken. The chairs we have chosen will make it easier for the students to stay engaged in class activities because they won't have to worry about sliding out of their seat or tipping over.
