With the resources proposed students would be able to make their hard work, plans, and dreams a reality that would enhance the school community and larger community. The tools will enable students to actually create their own outdoor classroom, garden and food forest. Students in my horticulture class have spent the last two weeks practicing design thinking to design a better use for an empty outdoor space. They interviewed stakeholders, created models based on these stakeholders needs, and are now ready to redesign their outdoor spaces for the enjoyment and enrichment of their school community. Help my students create a flourishing garden and food forest with this donation.
