With the materials I'm requesting, I will be able to give my students the opportunity to learn and collaborate through interactive labs and activities. Students learn more effectively through engaging, thought-provoking activities. All of the materials on this list will benefit the students in my entry-level and senior-level health sciences classes as well as those in my AP course. There are so many activities my students and I will do this year, like growing plants with the Wisconsin Fast Plants system, studying vital signs (including blood glucose levels), and examining hygiene decreases the spread of germs. To help my students be as successful as possible, I need these resources and the equipment to store them.
