My English Language students love to read with a buddy during our ELA block. During the Imagine Lab the class would like to incorporate Reader's Theater, a shared / modeled experience that includes fun stories that can be content area specific. Students can work cooperatively together to perform for their class and others. My students love school and are eager to learn through new interactive and exciting ways! With a class full of English Language learners, getting them to communicate in English can be difficult. With the puppet theater, puppets and fun scripts they are more likely to be more expressive. These materials that are being requested are so meaningful to my students growth as readers.
