I am very lucky to be a teacher in NYC. These amazing, motivated children make our jobs as teachers worth every minute. My elementary aged children at times fool me into thinking they are much older than their years. Their capacity for soaking up information, and implementing it is astronomical. In addition, their love for the arts is heart warming. As a music teacher, I obviously want to help mold children into well-rounded individuals by providing them with a worthwhile arts education. These children raise my level of teaching every day to challenge them with new projects, tasks, and performances. Nothing could be more rewarding than teaching these special kids.
