In our classroom, many instructions are given at group time on the carpet. The carpet is the pivotal point of our classroom. This is where much learning and cooperation takes place. Without a proper rug, our daily routines are compromised. This carpet will give my students the opportunity to grow in their learning without the constraints of limited space. This carpet will be used for hours a day. I am excited for this opportunity to give my students the learning environment they deserve. This rug will be used for interactive learning opportunities, math games, literacy stations, shared reading, interactive reading, writing workshop, reading workshop, science activities, and social studies activities.
