Students often complain that reading is boring. I'd like something on their reading level that will help them to see otherwise. My students will see reading differently when they see that not all reading is just pages and pages full of words. Comic books and graphic novels can be reading too! Students will be inspired to create their own graphic novels when they see how much fun they can be! I can't wait to see the ideas that my students come up with and how inspired they are by these books. We've created our own children's books in the past and I've been amazed by some of the ideas that they've come up with.
