We are a title 1 urban school in the heart of San Diego. Many of my students don't have the advantages my own children had such as a steady income, dinner on the table every night and a parent to read them stories at bedtime. Nonetheless, these bright and energetic kids deserve all the advantages I can give them so they can reach their highest potential especially in the face of their daily challenges.
