My students will use Chromebooks to access educational websites such as Prodigy, MAP, and other math and reading related websites. MAP is an important tool from the district that allows students to work on assignments and collects their data throughout the school year. The students will get the chance to use Chromebooks during station time for Math and Reading. Since most of my students do not have access to a computer at home, this will give students a chance to learn the basic skill of using a laptop. Technology is the tool for the 21st century and I want all of my students to have access to it. There are so many different educational websites for students to use and explore. Having laptops in the classroom will give students the chance to explore those options and it will allow them to see a different way of learning.
