I am a special education teacher in an SDC classroom which serves students in the grades TK-5. That's right, I have 6 grade levels all in one room! My students have differing abilities and a wide range of skills they need classroom support with. My classroom environments and purpose is constantly changing, and with it everything I do is constantly changing as well. As a result, I am constantly seeking the best way to engage and interact with my students to inspire learning. Our goal is to help our students to become independent, contributing members of society.
