These Magna-Tiles will be used during Inside Recess. As our school is in southern Louisiana, students are often inside the classroom for recess because of heavy rain. I will also be able to use Magna-Tiles when teaching about 2-D and 3-D shapes in math as well as teaching magnets in Science. Students will have fun building anything they can imagine while they will develop patterning, shape recognition, spatial and motor skills. They will create cubes, pyramids, and other geometric shapes. My students would probably love to have inside recess if we have that game in our classroom. I would like to thank in advance all of you who will donate for this project.
