Hello! I am a Middle School Literacy teacher and, as crazy as it sounds, I LOVE my job! My students are the reason that I come to work every day. I love that students who struggle with reading and writing can become motivated learners in our classroom. Many of these students begin the school year not believing that they are readers and writers, but their attitudes change and they read and write and truly take on the persona of someone who is both a reader and a writer. I do what I do for my students and nothing gives me more pride than watching them grow and succeed.
