My students will benefit of these resources to better help them explore in our world. Students learn by visualizing and experimenting with real objects like food; therefore, they can relate to it and make connections. By having picnic tables outside when we go outdoors to investigate while learning on related science lessons or any lesson in particular throughout the day and students will be able to sit and create their illustration and write in their journal on their learning experience. Having a refrigerator and microwave in the classroom is so convenient to have. Involving food in science is the best way to open up the mind of a student to learning. States of matter, types of energy all these units can involve food and it is the easiest, most fun way to get my students attention and make sure that they will remember by making connections with the food that they ate.
