The far majority of our students have not had the opportunity to learn about, let alone play, many of the sports that we would like to introduce them to... Softee Hockey in particular is a very developmentally appropriate and safe version of the game floor hockey. We are trying to teach our inner city students that there is life outside of basketball and it can come in many form/sports! My main objective is to get our students to be continuously physically active with a wide range of activities! I would love for my kids to be able to experience some great sports/activities that may not be readily available at their disposal.
