Both Storyworks and Scholastic News are noteable Reading resources that are not only engaging for students because of their variety within text but also a wonderful instructional tool. Students learn through variety and these texts will provide that with both fiction and nonfiction pieces. With increased variety there is a higher likelihood that students will find a text they love!
