I work at a diverse bilingual (Vietnamese) campus. Our students have done an outstanding job of overcoming the challenges that they face, such as unhealthy family structures, lack of financial resources, and the stigma of being on an unacceptable campus. If you visit our campus, you will see students of different ethnic groups interacting with each other on a regular basis, which I believe will help them develop positive relationships in their futures.
