I have 20 eager four and five year old students who are all having their first experience in school. We are an urban school that serves primarily minority students. They all live below or close to the poverty line. Early intervention in school is what is going to separate them from the students who are going to make it with the students who are not. Very few of them have a stable home life where they have been exposed to many educational experiences. They love to come to school because it is a happy and stable place. They are like sponges, soaking up every piece of information. It is like they are only now realizing what their brain can really do!

About my class
