Ever since last year when we started our garden we have encountered many learning experiences. As a class we strive everyday to enhance our knowledge about plants, but without the right materials, we struggle. The lights will create more opportunities to complete experiences since our classroom has high celing windows and little light. Students will be able to write and conduct experiments that will meet the Next Generation Science Standards. With these lights, my students will be able to apply their learning experiences and solve real-world problems we encounter from the garden. The lights will provide them with a unique opportunity to grow plants indoor during the winter months. Your donations will ultimately help increase their knowledge of plants.
