My students learning abilities are so different that working on individual goals is best for them. Doing this as a whole group is not effective. Because of this, my teaching time is mostly done in small groups. Allowing the students access to educational sites on the IPad would give them not only the opportunity to learn on their level but a chance at gaining technology experience. In today's world being comfortable with technology is imparitive. Everything our students will encounter in their lives will require them to have some type of experience with technology. Having access to these IPads would be a big step in gaining not just reading, math skills but also all important technology experience.
