My class is in need of alternative seating options. Most of my students stand while they are working, because it is difficult for them to stay still for long periods of time. I would like to offer them these chairs and stools as options that allow for movement in addition to being able to stand. I also want a range of options to choose from, because not all students learn the same way. Research shows that alternative Seating options in the classroom increase motivation and engagement. The physical movement creates better oxygen flow to the brain. This will help my students be more productive, motivated and have improved behavior.
