Our goal is to create a home away from home for students, families, and staff by building a positive school climate. Our school utilizes Positive Behavior Intervention Supports to build our school community morale and boost achievement. PBIS is a school-wide system & research-based approach to teaching and recognizing students for expected behaviors. The PBIS team sets high expectations for success and encourages positive decision-making. Students follow the RR’s by giving respect, being responsible, and being ready to learn, and they can earn "R Rewards Cards" when they are recognized for doing so. Students can cash in their R Rewards Cards for prizes from our PBIS Cart. Your contribution will allow us to provide rewards, recognition, and teachable moments for students that exemplify model behaviors. We hope that by adding Beats headphones, earbuds, chargers, and candy, students will be more motivated to earn and cash in their R Rewards Cards! Our students and staff, voluntarily participate in PBIS teams that have devoted a lot of time to fundraising to overcome tough financial times. Our PBIS initiative relies completely on donations and the teams have been working together to obtain supplies for rewards and activities that will promote better attendance, grades, and school culture. Please consider donating to a positive cause where students can be part of a community that promotes respect, responsibility, & readiness to learn. Thank you so much!
