Kettlebells are an exciting and fun way for students to engage in fitness. Kettlebells are a very versatile piece of equipment. They require very little instructional time before the students can get right to the workout. They will be swinging their way to improved strength, cardio-respiratory fitness, a better sense of balance and better mental attitudes. After proper instruction the class will be working through various swings and movements and have the ability to get a full body workout in within a single class period. With your support my students will have the chance to become well versed in the ways of the kettlebell.

About my class
