These materials I have requested are to help my students feel more comfortable in the classroom. The ball chairs, bands for desks and Wobble chairs will be the beginning of developing flexible seating in the classroom. All items in my project will allow my students to meet their sensory needs while learning. These items have the opportunity of enhancing students overall learning. I currently share a classroom with another teacher and these materials will help meet the needs of over 50 special education students. Funding this project would give students the opportunity to feel comfortable and confident in the classroom.
