I teach Floral Design, Horticulture Crop Science, Plant and Animal Biotechnology to students enrolled in the agriculture pathway at Shafter High School. I also work with students outside of the classroom with their Supervised Agriculture Experience projects and various FFA competitions and leadership conferences. Our program has 500 students enrolled in an agriculture class with the majority of our students coming from low income families. My students work extremely hard, but I am always looking for new items to make their high school experience even better.
