I am requesting chromebooks and tablets for my first graders because my students do not have any of these devices in the classroom to utilize. I believe my students will perform better, if they have access to these resources in class and at home to meet their needs. About 60 percent of the students scored one to two years of deficiencies in their grade level. They need to practice district programs at school and home to fully close their learning gaps. They will utilize the devices daily during small group instruction to practice targeted skills in Math and Reading. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated and I am counting on the donors help make" a dream becomes a reality" for the students in inner schools. Thank you for all you do for our students.
