The students will build and manage an outdoor classroom for use both during the school day and recess. This will be a completely student led project and the students will engage in farm to table lessons as well. Creating a comforting yet warming experience for all children can be done through outdoor exploration in a garden and greenhouse environment. Please consider the benefits that this project may have on both the students and community members. We are in need of 4 raised garden beds to create this outdoor garden. All areas of the curriculum can be taught and explored through the outdoor garden classroom and safe area for students to explore and grow both emotional and socially.
