Let me introduce you to my fabulous first grade class. I have 12 boys and 9 girls that love to learn. There are eight ESL boys and girls that have accepted the challenge of speaking one language in their home while learning a second language at school. They are a diverse group of learners with a wide range of interests and an equally wide range of abilities. A common thread that runs through my class is that we live the school P.R.I.D.E. code. When things are tough we persevere, no matter who who are with we show respect, we believe in integrity in all we do, we celebrate each others diversity, and our work and our play is done with excellence in mind. Thank you for considering this group of first graders as a recipient of our Donor's Choose project.
