My students are constantly moving. They get up for movement breaks all the time. However, my teaching space is very small and movement breaks are difficult. My classroom is full of desks and stationary chairs. I know these stools will allow students to have active movement while not disrupting class, or needing to get up. My students' sensory need are not being met on the traditional chairs in the class. Changing half my seating will give students a choice in their seat! They can have movement breaks while still focusing on the lesson and activity. Students will be able to wiggle and relax!
