Having clean air to breathe will directly impact student absenteeism. Students will be able to work in a healthier environment because the purifier will help knock out the spread of airborne germs. Besides providing clean, fresh air for my students and visitors to the classroom, the air purifier will reduce the risk of airborne transmissions such as cold and flu germs, control allergens as I unpack school supplies for us to make projects. It will prevent some of my students from having asthma attacks triggered by dust or outdoor pollen (because my windows are open for clean air at this time). It will also absorb harmful chemicals and neutralize unpleasant odors.
