It is hard for students to find information about current events that they can connect to. A subscription to Scholastic Magazine and Science Spin would give my students the opportunity to read a variety of articles that interest them. I want my students to read, question, and discuss current events in a meaningful way. Scholastic Magazine and Science Spin subscriptions would give my students their own magazine to explore current events and real-world science stories that connect to our curriculum. With a magazine geared to 4th grade students, my class will be exposed to more vocabulary and current events they can understand. The articles and resources provided with a Scholastic News subscription would allow me to create meaningful and differentiated lessons that will engage and challenge all of my students.
