Breathe, relax, release….excel! I teach in a school that services a wide range of children with disabilities and special needs, grades PreK to three. Our school is the only elementary school that feeds into the other two schools in town (middle school and high school). Our third graders are the first group of students in our school district that participate in standardized testing that very often leaves them with a negative outlook towards tests and school in general, as well as a lot of stress and anxiety.
