A Dog's Purpose will be used as a class reading. We will use this novel daily which will help my students explore many skills within a text, instead of learning skills in isolation. Incorporating such novel is a brilliant way to integrate many lessons in a classroom. In a time where anything the students read is for the purpose of testing, I want to be able to foster the love of reading. I want to help them transport to a new world and broaden their horizons.
