I teach 1st through 5th grades in a small town in Kentucky. We are a Title I school, meaning the majority of our students come from low income homes. The teachers and administrators try to make sure to provide as many experiences as we can to all students so that we can minimize the gaps in access students have to resources that can help them learn and grow. My projects are devoted to funding materials that will help close the achievement gap and give all students a boost toward success.

About my class
