I am currently teaching an Introduction to 3D printing class for high ability students. Students in this class have expressed a desire to design and create. They have an interest in science and technology. They will have an opportunity to create their own design and modify other designs through the engineering process. These 3D printers will provide my students with the opportunity to see their ideas come to life. Students will also participate in a national competition in which they can submit their designs for feedback on their artistic, creative and design ideas and techniques. I am so excited about giving students the opportunity to dream and create!
