Our school is a Title 1 school, with 100% of our students receiving free lunch. Many of our families live in a high poverty area and face issues such as gang violence, illiteracy, and low family income. Our school has been excelling in the areas of math and language arts due to the hard work of our teachers, staff, and especially students. With all of their hard work, it is critical that students receive enrichment in the classroom and it is equally important that we provide students with the opportunity to show their creativity.

About my class
