My high school students are Special Education students with various disabilities. My students have faced many obstacles in their short lives. The majority of students come from high-poverty level families. They do not have the opportunities to use current technology unless it is at school. However, these students do not let things stop them when it comes to learning. I maintain a positive, caring and dedicated relationship with them so each of them understands their potential. I will accept nothing less than expecting them to achieve it to the fullest!
