Each morning when students enter the classroom they are eager to begin their day! While we wait for everyone to arrive and morning jobs to be done, students will participate in “brain bins”! Each group of desks will be given a bin. These bins will be full of materials that allow students to be creative together-such as tinker toys, legos, story cubes, magnetic tiles, etc. Bins will be rotated each day so that students have something new to look forward to when they come to school. This time is a chance for students to build relationships with their peers and get their minds ready for a full day of learning!
